Hello, We enjoy travelling in our RV to your great country, and we always take the Coho to get off the Island and begin our journey. This September 18th, our rig ‘limped’ on to the ferry, needing immediate repair to the suspension system on the trailer. Purser John Fox, aboard the ship was able to offer advice and information to direct our problem to the correct business in Port Angeles. We called Mobuilt RV, and were told that if we arrived there before five o’clock, the technician would take a look at our problem. Of course, this was a Friday afternoon, and Mobuilt would not be open for service on the weekend, so when we arrived at 4:59 p.m. we did not know what to expect. We were delighted when the technician quickly diagnosed the problem, checked to see that he had parts available, and proceeded to fix our fifth wheel suspension. He also took the time to make sure that the other side suspension was A-OK so that we’d have a safe trip. We really appreciate the thought and time spent on us when we needed help, and we commend both Ed at Mobuilt RV, and John Fox on the Coho for their concern and effort on our behalf. These two men are representing Port Angeles in a caring and competent manner. Thank you John and Ed. We had a great trip, and hope to see you again! Rick and Lynda Senior Victoria, BC.

This guy is great. Not too talkative but nice. I had some issues and just passing through, didn’t have a week to leave my rv. When I pulled up I could tell I was far done the line. Once he got to me and heard my issues he had me wait a few minutes to get some others moved and then got me fixed right away. Even worked on my rv till parts arrived. Husband wife operations and very good. If I didn’t have to get back to Arizona I would have had them do all the repairs.

This RV repair and parts facility is fantastic! They will go above and beyond to help with any repairs needed. We were recently staying at the KOA in Port Angeles and needed a part to fix a broken toilet. Even though the shop was officially closed, the owner opened up the parts area and found the exact item I needed! Now that is above and beyond and much appreciated

Mobuilt saved our holiday weekend.
It was the Thursday before the 4th of July and we were heading to Astoria for three nights and then on to Moxee to enjoy the 4th with family and friends.
The car was loaded along with our trailer including a total of three grandkids and five bikes. I hooked up the trailer and tested the lights and there was nothing. It was 10:30 in the morning so I called Mobuilt RV explained my situation and they asked if I could bring the car and trailer in and leave them. I of course said yes and I was there in 30 minutes. They said that they would get to it and find the problem and then give us a call which is exactly what they did. We talked about the ways to solve the problem and they called us back when it was ready and we were on our way by 4PM.
Their customer service has always been excellent which is why we keep coming back.
